Our beautiful day spa is located inside the Spectrum Club health club. When you visit In Touch Massage & Day Spa, take advantage of all the great ammenities the club has to offer - for FREE! Come early and relax & unwind in our eucalyptus steam room and dry  sauna. Swim in our indoor, heated pool. Or plan on taking one of our award winning pilates, yoga, spin, kickboxing or aerobics classes. Of course, our fitness equipment is state of the art and there's always a stair-climber or treadmill available.
We offer separate men's and women's locker rooms, complete with showers and soft, fluffy towels. Our locker rooms are kept squeeky clean and are always fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, deoderant, blowdryers, mouthwash and other personal care items.
